Creative Business Mentorship Agreement & Terms

By enrolling in Creative Business Mentorship with Victoria Erickson, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

The Nature of This Mentorship

Creative Business Mentorship is a coaching and mentorship experience designed to support artists, writers, entrepreneurs, and creatives in developing their work, business, visibility, creative identity, projects, and leadership plus everything that comes up around it.

This mentorship is educational and developmental in nature. It is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice friendship, or psychological treatment.

The client remains solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, wellbeing, business outcomes, finances, and implementation.

Mentorship Includes

Depending on the selected mentorship package, support may include:
● Bi-weekly private mentorship calls
● Voice and text support via Telegram during designated business hours
● Personalized guidance, feedback, strategy, reflection, and creative development support
● Access to resources, recommendations, and practices shared throughout the mentorship
Specific details of each mentorship package are outlined at the time of enrollment.

Telegram Support Boundaries

Telegram support is offered as a supplemental container between sessions and is not intended to replace mentorship calls.
Support is available Monday through Thursday during business hours.
While Victoria makes every effort to respond thoughtfully and consistently, responses are not guaranteed within a specific timeframe and may vary depending on schedule, travel, teaching commitments, or personal circumstances.
Telegram is not an emergency support service.
Clients agree not to use Telegram for crisis situations, urgent mental health concerns, medical emergencies, or matters requiring immediate attention.

Scheduling & Rescheduling

Clients are responsible for scheduling and attending all sessions.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.
Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours notice may be forfeited.
Missed sessions (“no-shows”) are considered completed sessions and will not be rescheduled.
Victoria reserves the right to reschedule sessions when necessary due to illness, emergencies, travel disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Terms

All payments are due according to the payment plan selected at enrollment.
Payment plans are a commitment to the full mentorship term and not a pay-as-you-go arrangement.
If a payment fails, the client agrees to update payment information promptly.
Access to mentorship services may be paused until outstanding payments are resolved.
The client remains responsible for the full contracted amount regardless of participation level.

Refund Policy

Because significant time, preparation, availability, and energetic capacity are reserved for each client, all payments are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for:
● Missed sessions
● Unused Telegram support
● Early withdrawal from the mentorship
● Changes in personal circumstances
● Changes in business circumstances
Enrollment represents a commitment to the full mentorship experience.

Client Responsibility

The mentorship provides guidance, perspective, strategy, and support.
Results cannot be guaranteed.
Every client’s circumstances, business, creative work, capacity, and implementation are unique.
The client understands that outcomes depend upon numerous factors beyond the mentor’s control, including effort, consistency, timing, market conditions, personal circumstances, and decision-making.

Confidentiality

Anything shared by the client during mentorship sessions will be treated as confidential.
Victoria agrees not to disclose confidential client information except where required by law or where there is concern regarding safety or legal obligation.
Clients also agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of any stories, examples, or materials shared by Victoria during the mentorship.

Intellectual Property

All mentorship materials, recordings, exercises, frameworks, written content, teachings, resources, and creative materials remain the intellectual property of Victoria Erickson.
These materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, taught, sold, or shared without written permission.

Right to Terminate

Victoria reserves the right to terminate the mentorship relationship if a client engages in abusive, disrespectful, inappropriate, threatening, unethical, or disruptive behavior.
In such circumstances, access to future mentorship services may be discontinued.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Victoria Erickson shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, business, financial, personal, emotional, or other damages arising from participation in the mentorship.
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the client’s own discretion and responsibility.

Agreement

By enrolling in Creative Business Mentorship, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
